How to Feel Happy About Yourself

                                                " Be Yourself at All Time " 


Here are the some tips to be feel happy about our self. Try to do these things. Also Read my previous blog " How to Utilize Time Efficiently ". Surely It will help you.

1. Make New Friends. Stay with good friends.

2. Be calm/ Stay alone while in a week for 2 to 3 hrs.

3. Be Yourself at any Circumstances.

4. Help Others. Encourage Others. Don't Criticize anyone. Forgive your enemies. Don't Fight with your loved ones.

5. Be a Good Role Model to Others.  Don't waste time. Do something efficient to yours/family/others/society/nation.

6. Be a Good Listener. Think Broad.

7. Read Good Books. Recommend to your friends. Research More.

8. Stay Calm. Stay Cool. Be Happy Forever. Think positive as much as possible.

9. Give Respect to all. Everyone is Unique. Don't Expect from others.

10. Don't cheat anyone for anything.

11. Watch some good movies ( in any language ).

12. Read Good Quotations. Read inspirational wordings from our Elders.

13. Don't stick with one thing which is not coming in your way.

14. Donate to needy people. Spend some time with blind/orphans. Share their experiences. Talk with them.


These are the list which I am trying to follow to be happy. Hope It will be more helpful to you also :)  Expecting your comments.


How to Utilize Time Efficiently

                                             
 I am a Housewife with small kid. Previously I worked for a software company and left my job for taking care of my kid. I can tell you some tips to utilize your time efficiently and to feel happy about yourself.

   As all said, try to learn new things that you already thought to do. Make a list of all that you wanted to do. Allocate 30 days for learning one thing. If you feel good after doing that, you can continue, Or otherwise just leave it and can start other in the list. Do one by one in any order at anytime. 

  Here are the list which I follow to engage myself. You can make your own list( actually better list) and start doing it. Then you will realize the power of your ability. I am sure that you will feel great about yourself. 

1. Do some Paintings/Drawings
     If affordable, you can join some drawing class too. Explore new painting techniques, new designs in Internet.

2.Learn to write in left hand, If you are already writing in right hand. 
    Do alternatively. It needs lot of practices. But worth it. And It gives nice feeling if you manage to write in different hand which you did not even thing of writing in it.

3. Learn new Language. 
    Internet has lot of resources for it. Give a try for 30 days. In that period, Surely you will learn at least basic words in that language.

4. Learn Swimming/ Car driving( If you do not know)/ Learn new techonolgy

5. Go for a walk with friends whom you like the most. Or alone. 
    If you are going for a walk alone, think about your achievements, happy school days, happy time with friends, college days, hostel fun, kids happy moments. It all give you new energy for the rest of the day.

6. Go Sports.
    Try to spend some time for sports activity. Make new friends nearby with same interest and play with them favorite games.

7. Try some new recipe.
    Do different kind of food. Talk with your friends who are from other countries and try their food. 

8. Donate charities/ Or meet needy people and do something for them.
    You can meet blind people or orphans. Offer some food or any affordable things that you can. Spend quality time with them. You can help blind people by reading/writing their books. Talk with them. Share their experiences. 

9. Care your Parents. 
    Try to keep parents happy forever. Meet them often. Share your experiences with them. Talk with them. Give comfort to them. Help them. 

10. Make friendship with Elderly people.
     Elders are the experience bank [in my terms:) ] Make friendship with them. They can be your neighbor/relative/your teacher/your friend's parents. Share their experiences. Take advice from them. Learn from them.

11. Learn Yoga.
     Yoga will give you energy. Make you fit. It makes you healthy.

12. Help Others. Don't Criticize anyone. Forgive your enemies.

13. Read Good Books. Recommend to your friends. Research More.

14. Watch some good movies ( in any language ).

15. Read Good Quotations. Read inspirational wordings from our Elders.
